TWICE has reached another milestone in Japan, earning a platinum certification for the Japanese version of "TT." The track has now surpassed 100 million streams in the country, hitting the platinum threshold under Japan's streaming certification system.

The Recording Industry Association of Japan introduced the new streaming certification system in 2020 to recognize online performance alongside physical and digital sales. Under the system, songs earn silver certification at 30 million streams, gold at 50 million streams, and platinum at 100 million streams.

"TT" joins a growing list of TWICE releases that have found success in the Japanese market, underscoring the group's enduring appeal across Asia.

In other TWICE-related news, JYP Entertainment rookie boy group KickFlip recently released a dance practice video for their cover of TWICE's "Dance The Night Away." KickFlip performed the cover at the 2026 SBS Gayo Daejeon Summer earlier this month, bringing their own energy to the track.
