Shipping Policy
Knox Pop Con Official Merchandise Store
Knox Pop Con is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and every purchase directly funds our mission to promote Asian pop culture in East Tennessee. All merchandise is printed on demand and shipped directly to you.
Order Processing
All Knox Pop Con merchandise is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. After you place an order, production typically begins within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it ships.
Shipping Times
Once your item has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5-7 business days after shipment
- Canada: 7-14 business days after shipment
- International: 10-20 business days after shipment
Total time from order to delivery (including production) is typically 7-12 business days for domestic orders. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50
- Standard U.S. shipping: Calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination
- International shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination country
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner. Shipments within the United States are typically sent via USPS or UPS. International shipments use a combination of local and international carriers depending on destination.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 30 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost. See our Return Policy for more details.
