Knox Pop Con runs on people who showed up.

Not just on event day. Somebody edits the recap reel, answers the DMs, designs the badges, hauls the tables, and sits with a nervous teenager before they go on stage. This form is how you become one of them — no event required, no experience required.

Background screening. Every adult working directly with young people at Knox Pop Con will be searched against the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry, at minimum. Depending on the role, Knox Pop Con may also run some or all of a criminal history check, reference checks, credential or license verification, and a motor vehicle record check. Which screens are run, and how results are weighed, is at Knox Pop Con's discretion.
