One Sunday, four ways into Korean culture — lunch with HUNTRIX, a marketplace you can walk into for free, your first Korean lesson, and a dance floor that asks nothing of you but that you show up.
K-Culture Day: From HUNTRIX to Hangul runs 12:00–7:00 PM on Sunday, August 9, 2026 at the Karns Community Club Youth Center, 6616 Beaver Ridge Rd, Knoxville, TN 37931. It is hosted by Knox Pop Con, a Knoxville 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Two blocks are free to attend — the vendor marketplace and Random Play Dance. The lunch with HUNTRIX starts at $10, the beginner Korean language workshop at $20, and an all-day pass covering everything is $35. Use code family15 for 15% off three or more tickets.

A beginner-friendly introduction to Hangul led by Seoulful Treasures. Read your first Korean words in ninety minutes — no prior study required.

A K-pop chorus plays at random; if you know the choreography, you run in and dance it. All ages, no sign-up, no audition.
You do not have to stay all day. Each block stands on its own, and the two free blocks are genuinely free — walk in, no ticket, no sign-up.

Five booths, $40 for the full day, covering both the family lunch crowd and the K-pop afternoon crowd. Booths are sold directly by Knox Pop Con — you apply and pay in one step.
