Knox Pop Con Official Merchandise Store
Knox Pop Con is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and every purchase directly funds our mission to promote Asian pop culture in East Tennessee. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
30-Day Print Defect Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items with print defects. A print defect includes:
- Misprinted, smudged, or blurred graphics
- Incorrect colors or faded prints that do not match the product listing
- Peeling, cracking, or flaking print on arrival
- Missing or incomplete design elements
- Print misalignment (significantly off-center or crooked)
- Wrong design printed on the item
What Is Not Eligible for Return
Because our merchandise is print-on-demand and produced specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Change of mind, wrong size selected, or style preference
- Normal wear and tear after use or washing
- Minor color variations due to screen display differences
- Items that have been altered, washed, or damaged after receipt
- Orders placed more than 30 days ago
We recommend checking our size guides carefully before ordering. If you have questions about sizing, reach out to us before placing your order.
How to Request a Return
If you received an item with a print defect, follow these steps:
- Email us at store@knoxpopcon.org within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a brief description of the defect
- Attach clear photos showing the print defect β close-up shots help us process your request faster
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
Resolution Options
Once we verify the print defect, we will offer you one of the following:
- Replacement β We will send a new item with the correct print at no additional cost
- Full refund β We will refund the purchase price to your original payment method
Knox Pop Con covers return shipping costs for all verified print defects. We will provide a prepaid return label if we need the defective item returned.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged in Shipping
If your item arrived damaged due to shipping (torn packaging, crushed box, water damage), this is also covered under our return policy. Contact us with photos of the packaging and item damage within 30 days of delivery.
