How do I book a workshop for my school or organization?

Contact us through our request form or email contact@knoxpopcon.love with your preferred workshop type, date, group size, and location. We'll respond within 48 hours with availability and pricing. Schools and nonprofits receive discounted rates.

What does a workshop cost?

Workshop pricing varies based on type, duration, group size, and materials needed. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we offer sliding scale pricing. Schools typically pay $150-400 per workshop. Community events may qualify for sponsored workshops at no cost. Contact us for a custom quote.

Where are workshops held?

We bring workshops to YOU! We travel to schools, community centers, libraries, corporate offices, and private events throughout Knox County and East Tennessee. We can also host at our partner venues. A minimum 400 sq ft space with power outlets is needed for most workshops.

What age groups do you serve?

Most workshops accommodate ages 5 and up, with content adapted by age group. Some workshops like Music Production are designed for ages 12+. We offer separate sessions for youth (5-12), teens (13-17), and adults (18+) when requested.

Are workshops culturally appropriate and accurate?

Absolutely. Our workshops are developed and led by instructors with direct cultural expertise, including Asami Martin with 25+ years of authentic Japanese and Korean cultural training. We prioritize accuracy, respect, and meaningful cultural exchange over superficial exposure.

Can we request a custom workshop topic?

Yes! We love creating custom experiences. Popular custom requests include K-Drama analysis, Korean calligraphy, taiko drumming demonstrations, and Asian pop culture history. Contact us with your idea and we'll discuss feasibility.
