Knox Pop Con offers three core programs for youth and families in East Tennessee: K-Pop Dance Classes (weekly choreography from BTS, BLACKPINK, Stray Kids), Knox Pop Creators Academy (youth leadership for ages 13-18), and POPtivity Events (free monthly community gatherings). As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 33-4120670), most programs are free or low-cost, serving 500+ youth in Knoxville, TN.
Youth Leadership Program • Ages 13-18
Our flagship youth leadership program develops the next generation of content creators, event planners, and cultural leaders. Participants gain hands-on experience in video production, social media management, event coordination, and public speaking—all through the lens of K-Pop and Asian pop culture they love.

Learn authentic choreography from BTS, BLACKPINK, Stray Kids, NewJeans, and more. Our experienced instructors break down moves for beginners while challenging advanced dancers.

Join our vibrant community at monthly events celebrating K-Pop, J-Pop, and anime culture. From watch parties to random play dance to cultural workshops, there's always something happening.

Most Knox Pop Con programs are free or low-cost. K-Pop dance classes are typically $5-10 per session. POPtivity community events are free. The Knox Pop Creators Academy is free for accepted participants. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we subsidize costs through donations and grants.
K-Pop dance classes welcome ages 8 and up. The Knox Pop Creators Academy is for youth ages 13-18. POPtivity events are open to all ages and family-friendly. We focus on creating inclusive, safe spaces for everyone passionate about Asian pop culture.
