Dorohedoro Season 2 Unveils New Cast and April 2025 Premiere Date

Fans of the gritty fantasy series Dorohedoro have reason to celebrate as the second season officially premieres April 1, 2025 at 11:00 PM across multiple streaming platforms worldwide. The announcement came with a fresh promotional video and details about six new cast members joining the Cross-Eyes organization.

The new voice actors bring impressive anime credentials to the project. Kouki Uchiyama, known for voicing Yuji Itadori in Jujutsu Kaisen, will play Dokuga, while Daiki Hamano from Chainsaw Man takes on the role of Tetsujou. Other additions include Tomokazu Koshimura as Saji, Katsuhito Nomura (Garo: Honoo no Kokuin) as Ton, and Atsushi Imaruoka as Ushishimada.

Music duo (K)NoW_NAME returns to handle the theme songs for the second season, continuing their atmospheric contributions to the series' unique sound.

For newcomers, Dorohedoro follows the story of Caiman, a man with a lizard head searching for the sorcerer who cursed him in a world where magic users and ordinary humans exist in constant conflict. Based on Q Hayashida's manga, the series combines dark fantasy elements with striking visuals and complex world-building.

The first season, which aired in 2020, gained a dedicated following for its distinctive art style and compelling characters. With the Cross-Eyes organization playing a larger role in the upcoming season, these new cast additions suggest fans can expect deeper exploration of the series' intricate faction dynamics.

The promotional video and additional details are now available on the official Dorohedoro website.
