Crunchyroll has announced the English dub voice cast for Observation Records of My Fiancée: The Misadventures of a Self-Proclaimed Villainess, the new anime adaptation of author Shiki and illustrator Wan Hachipisu's light novel series. The English dub is now streaming alongside the Japanese version.

Kelly Greenshield voices the lead character Bertia, with Blake McNamara playing Cecil and Donna Xia voicing Cecil as a child. The supporting cast includes Francine Gonzalez as Heronia, Tom Aglio as Zeno, Tom Henry as Lord Noches, and Sara Ragsdale as Bird. Aaron Roberts, Alex Hom, and Alex Hanback provide additional voices.

Shawn Gann directed the English dub, with Susie Nixon producing. Clayton Browning handled the adaptation, while Matt Grounds mixed and Jameson Outlaw engineered the recordings.

The anime itself premiered on Tokyo MX, BS11, and Sun TV on April 6, with Crunchyroll streaming it simultaneously as it airs in Japan. The series follows Bertia, a woman reincarnated as the villain from an otome game, as she navigates her engagement to Cecil while trying to avoid the tragic fate that befell her character in the game's storyline.

Observation Records of My Fiancée joins a growing slate of isekai and villainess-themed anime getting professional English dub treatment. The light novel series has gained popularity for its blend of comedy and character development, appealing to fans who enjoy the "villainess" subgenre that's become increasingly prominent in recent years.

Crunchyroll subscribers in the US and Canada can now watch both the Japanese and English versions of the series as new episodes release.
