Mazari Assembles Powerhouse Band for Tokyo Show Including NEMOPHILA's Hazuki

Nagoya-based idol group Mazari has revealed an impressive roster of supporting musicians for their upcoming Tokyo concert on April 14 at EX THEATER ROPPONGI.

The show is part of Mazari's nationwide tour "Mazari 2026 Seven Major Cities Solo Pilgrimage: Cursed Object Worship Freak Show Flower House." Most notably, the band will feature NEMOPHILA's guitarist Hazuki, creating a twin guitar configuration that promises to bring extra firepower to Mazari's performance.

Mazari operates under the concept of "ε‘ͺγ‚€" (noroi/curse) and has built a following with their unique blend of idol pop and heavier musical elements. The group's theatrical approach and darker aesthetic set them apart in Japan's diverse idol scene.

NEMOPHILA, known for their all-female metal lineup, has gained international recognition in recent years. Hazuki's participation adds significant credibility to Mazari's live show, suggesting the performance will lean heavily into rock and metal territory.

The collaboration highlights the fluid boundaries in Japan's music scene, where idol groups frequently work with established rock and metal musicians to create hybrid performances that appeal to both idol fans and music enthusiasts.

EX THEATER ROPPONGI, located in one of Tokyo's premier entertainment districts, provides an intimate venue for what promises to be an intense live experience. The theater's 1,300 capacity ensures fans will get an up-close look at this unique collaboration between Mazari's theatrical idol performance and serious rock musicianship.
