ENHYPEN's Heeseung Leaves Group to Pursue Solo Career
ENHYPEN member Heeseung has officially departed from the group to debut as a solo artist, BELIFT LAB announced. Heeseung also shared a personal letter with fans.

ENHYPEN member Heeseung has officially left the group to pursue a solo career, BELIFT LAB announced on March 10.
The agency released a statement expressing gratitude to fans while confirming Heeseung's departure from the seven-member group. "We would like to express our gratitude toward ENGENE for their unwavering support for ENHYPEN and provide information on ENHYPEN's future activities," the statement read.
Heeseung, who served as one of ENHYPEN's main vocalists and dancers since their 2020 debut, will transition to a solo career under the same agency. The 24-year-old idol also penned a personal letter to fans addressing his decision.
This departure marks a significant change for ENHYPEN, who debuted through the survival show "I-LAND" and quickly rose to international prominence. The group has released multiple successful albums including "DIMENSION: DILEMMA" and "MANIFESTO: DAY 1," building a dedicated global fanbase known as ENGENE.
The remaining six members - Jungwon, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-ki - will continue as ENHYPEN. BELIFT LAB has not yet announced specific details about the group's future activities or Heeseung's solo debut timeline.
Heeseung's departure comes during a period of continued K-Pop expansion globally, with groups like ATEEZ recently topping Billboard's World Albums chart. The news follows other recent industry developments, including various groups achieving streaming milestones and chart success.
ENGENE have been sharing their support for both Heeseung's new journey and the remaining ENHYPEN members across social media platforms. The group's label emphasized their commitment to supporting all artists' individual growth and career paths.
Further details about ENHYPEN's upcoming activities and Heeseung's solo plans are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
