Filmmaker Wakaboku directed the short, which follows a party of adventurers as they explore the game's world and battle monsters. The video showcases the diverse races and job classes available to players, set to an original score by Square Enix composer Naoshi Mizuta. Final Fantasy XI originally launched on PlayStation 2 in May 2002, later expanding to PC and Xbox 360.
