Fans in the US and Canada have plenty to grab this week. The big draws are anime home video releases hitting shelves on July 14.

Anime Releases

DAN DA DAN Season 2 arrives on Blu-ray through Shout! Studios at $54.98, with a Collector's Edition also available at the same price. If you're looking for something lighter, Crunchyroll is releasing The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You Season 2 BD for $69.98. Shout! Studios is also putting out Witch Watch Season 1 for $49.98.

Manga Avalanche

July 14 sees a flood of manga hitting shelves across nearly every major publisher. Viz Media leads with releases including Beyblade X volume 6 ($11.99), Case Closed volume 99 ($11.99), and a Parasyte Paperback Collection. Seven Seas has an especially packed week with over a dozen releases, ranging from Booty Royale: Never Go Down Without a Fight! volumes 17-18 ($19.99) to newer series like Marriage to the Wolf: An Interspecies Union volume 1 ($15.99) and I'm Fine With Being the Second Girlfriend volume 1 ($15.99).

Kodansha USA brings several ongoing series to North America, including Don't Tempt Me, VP! volume 5 ($15.99), Drawing From Your Memory volume 2 ($13.99), and How to Treat a Lady Knight Right volume 3 ($15.99). They're also releasing The Drops of God: New World as an omnibus collection ($19.95).

Other publishers are in the mix too. One Peace Books has Higehiro: After Being Rejected, I Shaved and Took in a High School Runaway volume 13 ($12.95), Vertical is launching DRAGON CIRCUS volume 1 ($13.95), and Yen Press offers Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury—Vanadis Heart volume 1 ($13.00).
