Ririko Tsujita is expanding her latest story into an ongoing series. The July issue of Hakusensha's LaLa magazine announced that "To what lady Amane says." (Amane Ojōsama no Iu Koto ni wa) will launch as a serialization beginning June 24, 2026. The story originally debuted as a one-shot in May 2025.

The manga follows Amane Hoshino, a first-year middle school student and the youngest child in her family. Despite her position as an important figure in the prestigious Shooting Star company, Amane presents herself as a pure young lady admired by those around her—though she harbors secrets beneath that polished exterior.

This serialization marks Tsujita's return to LaLa after wrapping up her previous work. She concluded the sequel manga "Koi da no Ai da no ~Kimi wa Boku no Taiyō da~" in February 2025 after running it since November 2023. That series was itself a follow-up to her earlier work "The Secret Notes of Lady Kanoko" (Warau Kanoko-sama), which ran in LaLa DX from 2007 to 2009 and spawned three volumes. Tokyopop released two of those volumes in English during its initial publication.

The original "Koi da no Ai da no" proved successful with readers, running for seven years in LaLa from 2009 to 2016 and collecting 11 compiled volumes. Tsujita has built a reputation within Hakusensha's LaLa magazine as a creator of stories featuring distinctive female protagonists with hidden depths, and this new serialization appears to continue that trend.

With "To what lady Amane says." moving into serialization, fans can expect regular installments exploring Amane's double life and whatever mysteries she's keeping behind her refined facade. The June 24 launch gives readers just over a month to catch up on the one-shot before the story officially begins its serial run.
