Saint Seiya: Saintia Shō Memories Miniseries Concludes in March

The Saint Seiya: Saintia Shō Memories manga miniseries will reach its conclusion on March 19, bringing an end to the collection of spinoff side stories that began in November.

This miniseries features additional tales from Chimaki Kuori's Saint Seiya: Saintia Shō manga, which focuses on the female Saints (known as Saintias) in the Saint Seiya universe. The original Saintia Shō manga tells the story of Shoko, a Saintia who becomes the protector of Athena alongside her fellow female warriors.

About Saint Seiya: Saintia Shō

For those new to the series, Saint Seiya: Saintia Shō is a spinoff of Masami Kurumada's classic Saint Seiya manga. While the original series primarily featured male Saints protecting the goddess Athena, Saintia Shō puts the spotlight on their female counterparts. The series received an anime adaptation that aired from 2018 to 2019.

The Memories miniseries has been running for approximately four months since its November 19 launch, giving fans additional stories and character moments from this corner of the Saint Seiya universe.

With the conclusion of this miniseries, fans of the Saint Seiya franchise will need to look elsewhere for new content, though the rich mythology of the series continues to inspire new projects and adaptations regularly.
