Capcom revealed details about Street Fighter 6's next batch of DLC through an official video on the Street Fighter YouTube channel. Yasmine will join the fighting game on August 3 as part of the Year 4 Character Pass, which will also introduce Arjun, Bosch, and crossover character Tifa from Final Fantasy VII.

The "Yasmine Arrives! Fighting Pass" bundles the new fighter with several cosmetic additions. Players can expect new EX color variants for both Juri and Chun-Li, Challenger Screen Illustrations featuring Jamie and Sagat, the "Pirate Ship Higemaru" mini-game, and additional avatar decorations.

Yasmine's arrival continues Street Fighter 6's steady DLC rollout. Year 3 saw Sagat (August 2025), C. Viper (October 2025), Alex (March 2026), and Ingrid (May 2026) join the roster. Capcom previously released two full character passes in the game's first two years, adding eight fighters total before the Year 3 cycle began.

Street Fighter 6 has expanded significantly since its June 2023 launch across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The game made its way to Nintendo Switch 2 in June 2025 alongside a rerelease of the Years 1-2 Fighters Edition.

The game continues to expand its appeal with a real-time commentary feature that includes voices from prominent members of the fighting game community. Commentators like Thea Trinidad (known as Zelina Vega), Vicious, Aru, Japanese caster Kōsuke Hiraiwa, and Sekima II frontman Demon Kakka provide live analysis during matches, with subtitles available in 13 languages.

With a launch roster that included returning favorites like Ryu, Chun-Li, and Ken alongside newcomers like breakdancer Jamie, Street Fighter 6 has built a diverse cast over its lifetime. Yasmine and her Year 4 companions will add to a fighter selection that's grown considerably since the game's initial release.
