Viz Media Announces 11 New Manga Titles Including The Apothecary Diaries

Viz Media has revealed plans to add 11 new manga series to their English catalog, headlined by Minoji Kurata's The Apothecary Diaries manga adaptation. The announcement also includes upcoming works from notable creators Inio Asano and Paru Itagaki.

The Apothecary Diaries, originally a light novel series that spawned a popular anime adaptation in 2023, follows Maomao, a young pharmacist working in the imperial palace. The manga version by Minoji Kurata has been highly praised for its detailed artwork and faithful adaptation of the mystery-filled palace intrigue story.
