The 2026 Weverse Con Festival wrapped up in Seoul on June 7, bringing together 30 artists across indoor and outdoor stages at KSPO Dome and 88 Grass Square. Themed "NEWTOPIA"—described as an urban oasis music festival—the event showcased performances across multiple genres and generations, all streamed globally via Weverse LIVE.

Outdoor daytime performances featured Japanese group CUTIE STREET making their Korean festival debut after gaining popularity through an M COUNTDOWN appearance. They performed Korean versions of "かわいいだけじゃだめですか?" and "ぷりきゅきゅ," with members tackling Korean-language MC duties to delight local fans.

Aoen took on an ambitious challenge, performing their first overseas show and live band set simultaneously. Their "Offline" performance particularly resonated—as the group clapped along to the track's climax, the audience's handclaps rippled outward like waves, visibly moving the members.

Night performances saw ILLIE opening strong with "It's Me," followed by Apink's 15th-anniversary celebration and ENHYPEN's setlist of live favorites like "Paranormal." AND2BLE, fresh off their May 26 debut, closed the second night, while ZICO headlined with a setlist spanning "Artist," "SPOT!," and "Any Song," even bringing out Crush for "Yin and Yang" and collaborating with Show Me The Money 12 rappers.

Indoor performances featured BOYNEXTDOOR closing day one, performing new tracks including "ddok ddok ddok" from their first studio album HOME, released June 8. Day two brought &TEAM, LE SSERAFIM, P1Harmony, and others.

A standout element was the RAIN tribute, honoring the legend's 27-year career. SOOBIN covered "How to Run From the Sun" and "Bad Guy," while QWER, PLAVE, aoen, and &TEAM each contributed their own interpretations of classic RAIN tracks. RAIN himself performed, closing with "Rainism."

Now in its fourth year, Weverse Con Festival continues bridging musical genres and global audiences.
