Aimyon has been confirmed for Fuji Television's "FNS Kayou Sai Summer 2026," airing July 1st at 6:30 p.m. It's her first appearance on the program in four years.

The singer-songwriter will perform two tracks: her signature hit "Marigold" and "Ai ni Iku no ni," which served as the theme song for the 2024 drama "Unmet: A Brain Surgeon's Diary" starring Sakaki Hana.

The program kicks off with an ambitious summer hits medley. NEWS and Monaki will cover Yuzu's "Natsushiro," while Aina the End and ELAIZA tackle aiko's "Hanabi." Number_i takes on Ketsumeishi's "Summer Memories," ME:I performs KARA's "GO GO Summer!," and BE:FIRST covers Kuwata Keisuke's "Wave Riding Johnny." FRUITS ZIPPER will present ZONE's "secret base ~ What You Gave Me.~"

In a special collaboration, JI BLUE—a temporary unit featuring members from JO1 and INI—teams with TREASURE to perform ORANGE RANGE's "Ike­nai Taiyo."

The event brings together a diverse lineup representing different generations of Japanese pop music. Alongside Aimyon, performers include Kis-My-Ft2, NiziU, BE:FIRST, and traditional acts like Takarazuka's Hana troupe. Hosts are Aiba Masaki and Inoue Sayaka.

Aimyon has established herself as one of Japan's leading contemporary artists. She's made seven appearances on the NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen and holds multiple streaming records, with several songs surpassing 100 million plays. Beyond her solo work, she's collaborated with major acts including RADWIMPS, Sugita Shoki, and Hirai Ken. Her most recent album, "Neko ni Jealousy," dropped in September 2024, followed by a tour that same fall.

The FNS Kayou Sai Summer special airs Wednesday, July 1st on Fuji Television and affiliated networks.
