ASH DA HERO is heading to the stage this Saturday at Animefest 2026, marking their long-awaited first live performance in Europe. The Japanese rock-hip hop band will perform at the Brno Exhibition Center in Czech Republic on May 23, stepping in after their scheduled "WORLD TOUR IN EUROPE 2026" was postponed.

Formed in September 2021, ASH DA HERO stands out in the Japanese rock scene with their unconventional four-piece lineup: vocalist ASH, bassist Sato, drummer WANI, and DJ Dhalsim. The band's fusion of punk, rock, and hip hop sets them apart from traditional acts, reflecting their stated mission to "rock people who don't know rock bands."

The group gained mainstream attention through high-profile anime collaborations, most notably providing music for the sports anime Blue Lock in 2023. Since then, they've worked with other notable series including Wistoria, where ASH DA HERO performed the Season 2 opening theme "BELIEVERS." ASH himself has expanded into solo work, handling both opening and ending themes for Ultraman Omega in 2025.

If you're attending Animefest with energy to spare, Rolling Quartz will also be performing—marking their Czech Republic debut as well. Though based in South Korea, Rolling Quartz has carved out recognition within the Japanese rock community and is expected to bring equally high energy to the festival.

With the festival just days away, attendees should check Animefest's official channels for remaining ticket availability and performance schedule details. For those unfamiliar with the band, ASH DA HERO's catalog is available across major streaming platforms including Spotify and YouTube, where you can get a sense of their dynamic sound before the live show.

This European appearance represents a significant moment for the band after the tour postponement, giving Czech fans their first chance to experience ASH DA HERO live on the continent.
