Chō Tokimeki♡ Senden-bu Confirmed for Tokyo Idol Festival 2026
The five-member idol group will perform at Tokyo Idol Festival 2026, taking place July 31–August 2 in Odaiba. The appearance marks another major milestone for the group as they continue their record-breaking tour year.

Chō Tokimeki♡ Senden-bu is heading to Tokyo Idol Festival 2026, one of the world's largest idol festivals. The group will perform on opening day (July 31) as part of the event's 17th annual celebration at Tokyo's Odaiba waterfront.
Managed by Stardust Promotion, the five-member group—Kanami Tsujino, Haruka Koizumi, Hitoka Sakai, Hiyori Yoshikawa, and Aiki Sugita—has experienced explosive growth over the past year. Their song "Chō Saikō" dominated TikTok's weekly music chart for six consecutive weeks from June through July, cementing their status as one of Japan's hottest acts right now.
The timing of the TIF appearance comes as the group is in the midst of their most ambitious tour cycle yet. Beginning in July, they're running an unprecedented nationwide tour featuring performances at major venues including Tokyo's Nippon Budokan and Ariake Arena. This expansion reflects their trajectory from their 10th anniversary in April—a milestone that included a sold-out Saitama Super Arena show that drew 16,000 people in a single day.
Chō Tokimeki♡ Senden-bu's rise accelerated dramatically after their 2021 TikTok breakthrough with "Suki!~Chō ver~," which charted internationally. Last year, they released the album "Tokimeki Egao" and solidified their core five-member lineup in March. May's single "Dori-mu Janbo!" further proved their staying power.
The group has also expanded internationally, performing in Jakarta and Seoul during 2024, and has become fixtures on Japanese television including appearances on Music Station and in commercials.
Tickets are available through Rakuten Ticket (until July 20) and other ticketing platforms. The festival will feature dozens of idol groups across three days, but Chō Tokimeki♡ Senden-bu's opening-day slot positions them prominently in what should be a memorable event for their growing fanbase.
