DRAW♡ME Signs to Echoes Label, Announces Major Debut
DRAW♡ME, an idol group born from TV producer Nobuyuki Sakuma's YouTube channel, has signed to Echoes and will release their major debut single this fall. The group initially formed for a one-off event but continued after strong fan response.

DRAW♡ME is officially making the jump to major label status. The six-member idol group, which originated from TV producer Nobuyuki Sakuma's YouTube channel "Nobuyuki Sakuma's NOBROCK TV," has signed to Echoes and will release their major debut single this autumn.
The announcement came on June 14 at a release event for the group's independent single "Sunao de Gomen ne" in Tokyo. DRAW♡ME—featuring members Ririka Moriwaki, Saki Tateno, Yuka Nihei, Mitsuko Fukudome, Kei Fukibuki, and Mirichamu—originally formed for a one-night-only project at the NOBROCK FES 2026 event in February at Pacifico Yokohama. The positive reception led Sakuma to keep the group active beyond that initial performance.
Their independent debut came just last month with "Sunao de Gomen ne," and the momentum has carried them to a record label deal. Echoes, a Sony Music Entertainment subsidiary, is home to major acts including YOASOBI and producer Tatsuya Kitani. This placement signals confidence in DRAW♡ME's potential within the competitive idol market.
The group's journey from YouTube project to major label artist reflects the evolving landscape of idol formation in Japan. Rather than the traditional trainee system, DRAW♡ME emerged organically through Sakuma's entertainment ventures—a testament to how online platforms and unconventional launches can create viable talent.
With their major debut single set for fall release, DRAW♡ME will have the backing of a significant label and the production resources that come with it. Fans who've supported them since the NOBROCK FES performance will likely see an evolution in sound and concept as they move into this new chapter.
For those unfamiliar with the group, their rise has been rapid but steady—from a special event project to independent release to major label signing in just five months. The fall single will be their first official release under Echoes and represents the group's most ambitious project to date.
