EACH STORY Festival Announces First Wave of Artists for 2026
The outdoor music festival EACH STORY - THE CAMP returns to Nagano this October with an eclectic first lineup featuring ambient and experimental artists from Spain, the Netherlands, Thailand, and Japan.

EACH STORY - THE CAMP - 2026 has unveiled its initial artist roster for the October festival, bringing together an international mix of ambient and experimental musicians to the forests of Nagano.
The festival takes place October 3-4 at Gokko Bokujo Auto Campground, set at 1,350 meters elevation in a verdant mountain setting. The event combines outdoor music listening with nature experiences and camping.
The first-wave lineup includes Spanish ambient musician Suso Saiz, known for his work in Spain's experimental scene. A collaborative unit featuring Dutch-based Johnny Nash and Tomo Katsurada (a key figure in the geometric pattern collective) will also perform. Additional artists announced include Thai musician Montonn Jira and a roster of Japanese electronic and ambient acts: Kaoru Inoue, COMPUMA with Naoyuki Uchida, Aus Isoda (aus with Kenichiro Isoda), and H TO O (H. Takahashi with Kohei Oyamada).
The DJ lineup features Shhhhh, Masaaki Hara, and YAMA aka sahib, with more acts still to be announced.
EACH STORY positions itself as a platform for listening-focused performances set against natural landscapes. The festival format emphasizes intimate artist encounters rather than large-scale spectacle, aligning with the growing global interest in ambient and experimental music venues.
More artist announcements are expected before the October dates. Advance tickets and full details are available through the festival's official website.
