FEST. INAZUMA 2026 has unveiled its second batch of artists for the three-day outdoor festival running September 19-21 in Shiga's Karasaki Peninsula Lawn Plaza.

The lineup spans across all three days. Day one (September 19) features MAZZEL. Day two (September 20) includes IMP., Da-iCE, ≠ME, and other acts. The final day (September 21) brings Takaya Kawasaki and Frederic, plus abingdon boys school and MONGOL800.

Already confirmed from the initial announcement are GENERATIONS, T.M.Revolution, ものいろクローバーZ, RAISE A SUILEN, and RIIZE, among others. Ticketing for the second presale round continues through June 14 via Eplus.

The festival, founded by T.M.Revolution's Noriaki Nishikawa, recently rebranded from "Inazuma Rock Fest" to simply "FEST. INAZUMA." Shiga's official tourism ambassador, Nishikawa established the event around two core missions: preserving Lake Biwa's water quality and boosting the region's cultural presence.

FEST. INAZUMA draws both established and rising acts across rock, pop, and electronic genres. The festival's alignment with environmental and community goals gives it added purpose beyond typical summer festival fare. For K-pop fans, the inclusion of groups like Da-iCE and ≠ME shows how Japanese music festivals increasingly blend domestic and neighboring Asian acts.

Fans interested in attending should note that the presale window is fairly tight—roughly a week of availability before the June 14 deadline. Full lineups for each day are still rolling out, so more artists may be announced in coming weeks.
