FRUITS ZIPPER's Jinishi Sususka made her full appearance at a ViVi magazine event in Tokyo on May 17, marking her first time participating across the entire program since joining as an exclusive model last year. Alongside Sakurazaka46's Yamazaki Ten and seven other ViVi models, Jinishi spoke at a press conference for the "ViVi Super Positive EXPO 2026," the magazine's fourth annual experiential event celebrating "LOVE" as its central theme.
The two idols offered candid insights into their approach to style and the fashion-conscious members within their respective groups. Yamazaki revealed an unexpected passion: she owns over 20 cameras spanning digital, film, and video formats, joking that her money gets "absorbed" into her camera collection rather than fashion. When asked about the fashion experts in her group, Yamazaki pointed to Sakurazaka46's Moriya Reina, suggesting that mimicking her style guarantees staying on-trend from head to toe.
Jinishi highlighted FRUITS ZIPPER's Nakakawa Ruka as her group's fashion authority, particularly when it comes to Korean and international trends. She shared a memorable anecdote about Nakakawa's shopping dedication: during a trip to Korea, she managed to fill ten paper bags with purchases in just two hours.
What made Jinishi stand out was her refreshing honesty when asked what boosts her mood and positivity. While other guests named high-end beauty products, Jinishi matter-of-factly answered: "Yakitori and beer." She acknowledged the contrast with humor, noting she was "sorry for canceling out" the more glamorous suggestions. The response drew laughter from the room and showcased her down-to-earth personality.
Both idols expressed enthusiasm about the event, with Jinishi noting how ViVi's staff radiate such positive energy that simply visiting the workplace lifts her spirits.
