GAN, known for his work with Exile and the third generation J Soul Brothers, has created an original song titled "RISE NOW" for Lenovo Japan's latest advertising push. The new television commercial, part of the tech company's "Technology Changes the Game" campaign, will begin airing nationwide on May 31st.

The 30-second spot features a collaboration between Lenovo and "Captain Tsubasa," the iconic Japanese soccer manga and anime that's considered a landmark in the medium. GAN's new track amplifies the campaign's message about innovation and determination, with the artist describing the song as an anthem about perseverance and resilience.

"I'm honored to participate in Lenovo's campaign through this CM song," GAN said in a statement. "I wrote 'RISE NOW' to express an indomitable spirit that stands up no matter what. I hope the song can lift everyone's spirits even higher."

The song will officially release on July 1st as part of a double A-side single titled "Who's Next / RISE NOW."

Beyond the commercial tie-in, GAN is also lined up to appear at a special event on June 21st. He'll participate in Lenovo's FIFA World Cup 2026 public viewing event for the Japan versus Tunisia match, where up to 300 fans will be invited via lottery.

GAN has balanced dual careers as a performer and actor for years. He joined Exile in 2014 while maintaining his position with the third generation J Soul Brothers, which he's been part of since their 2010 debut. His acting credits include roles in the "High & Low" franchise, "Perfect World," and numerous other films, earning him recognition including a Japan Academy Prize for Best Newcomer.
