Muto Jun, a member of Japanese dance-vocal group Genjitsu (原因は自分にある。), is marking a solo milestone with his first photo book, "Enpi" (燕飛). Two freshly released images from the collection give fans a glimpse of the project's range and personality.

Both photos were shot in a lush, atmospheric forest setting with Muto styled in a sharp suit. The first image captures him in a serious, contemplative mood—strong gaze, composed posture, every inch the refined performer. The second tells a completely different story: he's holding a bird identification guide and cheerfully biting into an anpan (red bean paste bun), one of his favorite snacks. Same location, same outfit, wildly different energy.

The contrast plays nicely into what seems to be the photo book's theme—showing different sides of the artist. It's the kind of thing that appeals to longtime fans already familiar with Muto's personality while giving newcomers a sense of his range.

Genjitsu itself has been building momentum since their 2019 debut. The seven-member group—featuring Muto alongside Akira Okura, Hikari Koizumi, Masaya Sakuragi, Ryota Nagano, Kazuto Mokushiro, and Yohito Yoshizawa—has released four studio albums and successfully performed arena-scale shows. Last year, they partnered with Universal Music and released their fourth album "Kakushin Shokuhatsu Innovation" in April 2025.

Muto's solo photo book represents the kind of individual project that's become standard for members of established Japanese idol and performance groups. It's a way for fans to experience the artist in a different context while the group continues its collective activities.
