Gunma Prefecture's GFEST.2026 music festival has announced the first batch of performers for its October debut. The two-day event will take place on October 10 and 11 at G Messe Gunma and will feature iLiFE!, ano, CLAN QUEEN, go!go!vanillas, Frederic, and Yabai T-Shirt Ya-san, with more artists to be revealed.

GFEST. is backed entirely by Gunma Prefecture as part of its "City with Music" initiative to promote local cultural activities. The festival is organized by Space Shower Entertainment and first launched in 2023. The event's name carries multiple meanings—the "G" represents Gunma, gourmet food, and merchandise, reflecting the festival's multifaceted approach to celebrating music and local culture.

Ticket information is now available for fans interested in attending. First-priority presales open today through July 5 on the official website, operating on a first-come, first-served basis. The specific day assignments for each artist will be announced at a later date.

This festival represents an ongoing effort to position Gunma as a cultural hub within Japan's music scene. By combining performances from established and emerging acts across various genres, GFEST. aims to attract music fans from across the region while highlighting local food and merchandise alongside the live performances.

Fans looking to secure early access to tickets should visit the official GFEST. website before the presale window closes on July 5 at 11:59 PM.
