Japanese rock bands are getting prime-time TV coverage for their biggest venues yet. Two separate broadcasts are bringing arena-scale performances to viewers this summer.

Neguse's "Aiwon Aito" ("Love's Question, Love's Answer") show at Yokohama Arena on June 28 will be live-streamed on CS broadcast TBS Channel 1 starting at 6 p.m. The broadcast runs through 9:30 p.m., with a one-week archive available afterward. The band bills this as their largest solo concert ever, featuring songs centered on love themes along with fan favorites. Among the setlist is "Boku Love You," a newly written track the band created specifically for the arena crowd.

Neguse, a four-member band formed in Nagoya in 2020, gained widespread attention through TikTok in 2022 with "Guddo na Ongaku." They've since built momentum with streaming hits like "Nichijou Kakumei" and a successful 2024 show at Nippon Budokan. Their latest release came in November 2025 as part of the "Band to the Future II" tour.

Meanwhile, Kami wa Saikoro wo Furanai announced that their first-ever arena concert, "Special Live for Double Anniversary Year 2026 'T.W. -Traversable Wormhole-' at Pia Arena MM," will air on WOWOW this summer. The show takes place at Kanagawa's Pia Arena MM on June 14.

Both broadcasts represent significant milestones for these acts, confirming their growth into the arena-filling tier of Japan's rock scene. For fans unable to attend in person, the TV and streaming options make these marquee performances accessible beyond the venues themselves.
