JUMADIBA Shares New Single 'Joga Bonito' Ahead of Debut Album
Rapper JUMADIBA released the second advance single 'Joga Bonito' from his upcoming debut album. The Portuguese-language title translates to 'playing beautifully' and reflects the artist's philosophy of prioritizing how things are done over the outcome.

Rapper JUMADIBA dropped his second advance single, "Joga Bonito," today, June 17, building momentum toward his first full-length album arriving later this summer.
The track's title comes from Portuguese and carries deep philosophical weight. "Joga Bonito" literally means "playing beautifully," but it represents something broader—the commitment to doing things with grace and integrity regardless of winning or losing. On this track, JUMADIBA frames it as a personal stance: prioritizing how you act over what you achieve.
This release follows the May debut of "Fuck," his first advance single from the album. Both songs are being celebrated together at a release party happening June 27 at Tokyo's SALOON venue.
The event looks like a major moment for JUMADIBA's crew. The live lineup includes JUMADIBA alongside MK Woop, Nyture, Tim Pepperoni, FREEDOM, uglyboooi, and Young 888. DJ duties fall to Gen Yamada (who also serves as JUMADIBA's backing DJ), plus George Bolton, Himawari, SAKURA, and ZENDO.
For those unfamiliar with JUMADIBA, he's been building a solid presence in Japan's underground rap scene. He's recently collaborated with Tohji and gummyboy on "MUTANT NINJA TURTLES," showing up on tracks across the Japanese hip-hop ecosystem. The debut album represents a natural next step after establishing himself through features and singles.
"Joga Bonito" is available now on streaming platforms, with the full album coming later this summer. Fans planning to catch the June 27 release party have a rare chance to see JUMADIBA perform both new tracks in an intimate setting alongside other artists shaping Japan's rap landscape.
