Kanagawa Sarya's Photo Book Teases European Adventure
Nogizaka46 member Kanagawa Sarya's first photo book "Gradation of Love" reveals a new preview image of her kayaking in Croatia, set for release June 30.

Nogizaka46's Kanagawa Sarya is taking fans on a European getaway through her upcoming debut photo book. A fourth preview image from "Gradation of Love" (好きのグラデーション) dropped this week, showing the idol paddling on the Adriatic Sea near Dubrovnik, Croatia.
In the candid shot, Kanagawa wears a life jacket and clutches an oar, flashing a carefree smile from her kayak. The relaxed moment captures the natural ease the 23-year-old seems to be enjoying throughout the shoot, which was photographed by Tsugumichi Samiya.
The photo book marks Kanagawa's first solo project of this scale. Earlier previews have showcased her exploring Croatia's stunning coastline, including beach lounging shots and even a more playful image with chocolate. The release, handled by Shufu to Tomosha, has steadily built anticipation since the project was announced in late April.
Kanagawa has long expressed her love of traveling, and "Gradation of Love" appears to fulfill a longtime dream. The title itself suggests a visual journey—different moods and moments that shift and blend together, much like the varied scenes from her European adventure.
For Nogizaka46 fans, the photo book offers a rare peek at one of the group's members in a purely personal, intimate context. While the group remains busy with performances and new music releases—including their fifth original album "My respect" that dropped in January—individual photo books like Kanagawa's give fans deeper insight into members' personalities.
The book will be available in four different cover variations when it launches on June 30. Bonus materials with previously unreleased images from the shoot are also being offered through various retailers, giving collectors incentive to grab multiple versions.
