King & Prince is trading the stage for the streets of Los Angeles. The Japanese duo of Reon Nase and Kaito Takahashi are heading to Disney+ with a new travel variety show called "King & Prince ga Machiawase in LA" (King & Prince Meets Up in LA), launching June 17.

The show puts the two members through a series of mission-based challenges across Los Angeles, designed to test their connection. What makes it stand out: there's no script, no directing—just the genuine moments that unfold as they navigate the city. The format has them splitting up for certain tasks, which the producers believe will reveal honest feelings about their relationship that might otherwise stay hidden.

This isn't King & Prince's first rodeo with unscripted content. The team producing the show has worked with them for about three years on their regular program "Kintore," so there's already established chemistry and trust between the group and production crew.

The timing slots neatly alongside King & Prince's other recent activity. The duo just wrapped their dome tour supporting their 2025 album "Starring" and recently released their first EP, "So Honey EP." They've also been keeping busy with variety appearances, from tufting challenges to using AI to plan trips.
