MAZZEL Announces First Photobook, Shot in Thailand
MAZZEL revealed plans for their debut photobook on the group's third anniversary, with the release set for August 21. The collection was shot entirely in Pattaya, Thailand, and explores themes tied to the group's name.

MAZZEL marked their third anniversary with an exciting announcement: their first photobook, titled "MAZZEL 1st photobook with ZEAL," arrives August 21.
The eight-member group—RAN, SEITO, KAIRYU, NAOYA, RYUKI, TAKUTO, HAYATO, and EIKI—had the entire collection shot in Pattaya, Thailand. The book explores three concepts rooted in MAZZEL's name: maze, zeal, and mazel (happiness), capturing the group's current energy across a range of scenes. Expect polished shots of the members around the city, candid moments at restaurants, and playful scenes at the beach. The cover image, photographed along Pattaya's nighttime streets, has already been released.
MAZZEL debuted in May 2023 under BE-U, a label jointly created by BMSG (led by SKY-HI) and Universal Music. Several members trained under BMSG before their debut, while others were selected through open auditions. The group dropped their debut single "Vivid" and quickly made waves, performing at Summer Sonic 2023 before releasing their second single "Carnival" that October.
Beyond the photobook itself, MAZZEL will hold a premium talk event in Tokyo on September 6 to celebrate the release. More details about participation will be shared through JUNON magazine's official website and social media.
For fans wanting to dive deeper into the group's world, this photobook offers an intimate look at MAZZEL three years into their journey—a visual companion to their musical evolution since their debut.
