MAZZEL is bringing their energy to daytime television. The eight-member dance and vocal group will perform live on NHK General's 'Asaichi' on May 29, airing from 8:15 to 9:55 AM.

The timing comes as MAZZEL is midway through their first arena tour, "MAZZEL 1st Arena Tour 2026 'Shall we hit the Banquet?'" promoting their latest album of the same name. The group's tour main leg wraps up with three nights at Tokyo's TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO (May 22–24), followed by additional performances at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium on June 6 and 7.

Who is MAZZEL?

Formed under BE-U, a label jointly established by BMSG and Universal Music, MAZZEL debuted in May 2023 with the single "Vivid." The eight-member lineup includes BMSG trainees RAN, SEITO, and KAIRYU, along with five members—NAOYA, RYUKI, TAKUTO, HAYATO, and EIKI—selected through public auditions. The group is managed by BMSG, whose CEO is SKY-HI.

Since their debut, MAZZEL has steadily built momentum. They performed at Summer Sonic 2023's Mountain Stage that August and released their second single "Carnival" in October 2023. The group has since grown into a solid live act, with their arena tour showing how far they've come in just three years.
