'OVER' appears on Meg Bonus's second album "TO THE YOU (ME) I MET BEFORE," which dropped in April. The project, helmed by singer-songwriter and producer Kei Nomoto (born 2005), is known for blending experimental production with accessible pop melodies. Nomoto handles all songwriting, composition, and production duties across the project's catalog, drawing from a diverse musical background that spans both Japanese and Western genres.

Meg Bonus kicked off formal activities in October 2024 with the debut compilation "18PERSONAL," followed by a lineup change in February 2025. The artist's first one-man concert, "Lossy," took place in December 2025 at Tokyo's Shinjuku MARZ before advancing to the hall venue four months later.
