Miwa has announced the details for her upcoming acoustic tour "miwa acoustic live tour 2026 'acoguissimo 6,'" hitting 11 venues across Japan this summer and fall.

The sixth installment of her long-running acoustic tour kicks off August 21 and wraps up October 24, 2026. The singer will perform intimate sets with just her acoustic guitar at live houses in Niigata, Miyagi, Aomori, Kagawa, Shimane, Osaka, Aichi, Tokyo, Miyazaki, Fukuoka, and Saga.

The "acoguissimo" series began in 2011 and has become a staple of Miwa's career, allowing her to connect directly with fans through intimate performances. This tour comes at an active time for the artist—she recently celebrated her 15th anniversary with a best album in March 2026 and has been touring her "guitarissimo" anniversary concert series since February.

Miwa's stripped-down acoustic approach has defined much of her career since her 2010 debut. Known for her clear, soaring vocals and emotionally resonant songwriting, she's performed at major venues like the Nippon Budokan and regularly appeared on NHK's Red and White Song Festival for four consecutive years. In 2024, she released her seventh studio album "7th" and relocated to Canada.
