The single carries two title tracks: "Lonesome rabbit" and "What's 'KAZOKU'?" alongside the previously confirmed BACKS unit song "Coinlaundry." The new fourth generation track will appear on the initial limited edition TYPE-B version of the release and gets an early digital drop on May 28.

This marks another chapter in Sakurazaka46's evolution since welcoming their fourth generation members. The group, originally formed as Keyaki46 in 2015 before rebranding to Sakurazaka46 in 2020, has maintained the tradition of featuring generation-specific songs on their releases.
