Sendai Kamosu is officially back. The Japanese group is resuming activities for the first time since wrapping their 2024 tour, with plans to release a new single on August 5 and hit the road for a nationwide tour.

The upcoming single will come in two formats. Type A includes two tracks on CD with an M-card bonus, while Type B is a standalone CD with three songs. Full track details and titles are set to be announced at a later date.

Following the single's release, Sendai Kamosu will launch "Sendai Kamosu Tour 2026," a five-date run across some of Japan's major music venues. The tour kicks off on August 11 at ElectricLadyLand in Aichi, followed by stops in Osaka (Banana Hall on August 16), Miyagi (Rensa on August 25), Kanagawa (Club Citta' on August 28), and finishing in Tokyo (Spotify O-East on August 29).

Fans looking to secure tickets have options. Pre-sale access through Eplus begins on May 28 at 12:00 PM, targeting members of Sendai Kamosu's official mobile site. This gives longtime supporters a head start before general ticket sales open.

The comeback arrives nearly two years after the group's last tour, "Tour 2024 FIGHT Patsuichi," which ran from April through May 2024. With both fresh music and live dates lined up over the summer, Sendai Kamosu seems ready to give fans what they're calling "Japan's hottest summer."

More details about the single's tracklist and tour logistics will roll out as the release date approaches.
