SixTONES member Hokuto Matsumura appeared alongside HKT48's Rino Sashihara, MAHINA's HANA, and comedian Eiko Kano at a promotional event for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 game "Poko a Pokemon" in Tokyo on March 5.

The event celebrated the release of the new Pokemon-themed game, with all four celebrities featured in the game's television commercial campaign. Matsumura, who serves as one of the main vocalists for the six-member Johnny's group SixTONES, has been expanding his presence in variety shows and commercial appearances alongside the group's music activities.

During the event, Matsumura received praise from comedian Kano, which visibly pleased the 27-year-old idol. Meanwhile, Sashihara enthusiastically discussed the appeal of MAHINA, the rising girl group that debuted in 2023.

SixTONES, who debuted in 2020, continues to maintain a strong presence both in music and entertainment media. The group recently wrapped up their dome tour and has been actively participating in solo projects and collaborations outside their musical releases.
