STU48's Chiho Ishida performed her last concert as an active member on June 7 at the Hiroshima Prefectural Cultural Center, closing out 3,356 days as an idol. The founding member, who started with the group in March 2017 at just 15 years old, has been one of STU48's most consistent frontline faces.

Throughout her tenure, Ishida appeared in every single from the group's debut track "Yami" onward. She served as solo center for two singles—"Hitori Goto de Kataru Kurai nara" (6th) and "Iki wo Suru Kokoro" (9th)—and shared triple center duties with Yumiko Takino and Mai Nakamura on "Hana wa Dare no Mono?" Her steady presence helped anchor STU48's identity as they built their fanbase in the Setouchi region.

During the graduation ceremony, an emotional Ishida reflected on her journey. "STU48 became like my last name," she shared, admitting the reality of leaving hasn't fully set in. She expressed deep gratitude to staff, fellow members, and her family, but reserved her most heartfelt words for fans. "Everyone's encounters with me are truly a lifelong treasure," she said. "I wouldn't have experienced all those moments of laughter if I hadn't become an idol."

Ishida acknowledged the ups and downs of her career, including a hiatus period when she relied on fan support. She thanked supporters for traveling to Hiroshima—sometimes from far distances—to see her perform, and for choosing to follow her despite the many idol options available today.

The setlist spanned her entire STU48 journey, from early tracks to later singles. Her solo graduation song, "Mirai e Tsuzuku Mono yo," came before the concert's finale: a performance of "Iki wo Suru Kokoro," the song where she previously held center position. Ishida left the stage surrounded by fan chants of her name, closing a significant chapter for the group.

While Ishida's idol career has ended, she indicated she'll carry forward the lessons learned from STU48 as she moves into her next chapter.
