Summer Sonic 2026 is shaping up to be a massive celebration of its 25th anniversary, with organizers unveiling the final wave of performers across its Tokyo and Osaka dates. The festival runs August 14-16 at Tokyo's ZOZOマリンスタジアム & 幕張メッセ and Osaka's 万博記念公園.

The new additions fill out the remaining slots on multiple stages. For Tokyo's opening day (August 14), the Beach Stage will feature STUTS, eill, and MAYSON's PARTY. Day two brings Paledusk, 花冷え。, and 紫今 to the Pacific Stage, with さらさ joining the Spotify Stage lineup. Day three closes out Tokyo with SKRYU performing on the Beach Stage as part of a special Eurodance Paradise segment.

Osaka's lineup receives its own slate of additions across the three-day run. August 14 in Osaka welcomes DRUNKEN KONG and legendary producer 大沢伸一 (Osawa Shinichirou), while August 15 features MAYSON's PARTY, REJAY, and Meg Bonus. Day three brings DJ HASEBE, Peterparker69, and AOTO to the schedule.

The festival already confirmed major international and Japanese acts headlining each night, including The Strokes, Ado, and L'Arc-en-Ciel. Beyond these headliners, the expanded lineup shows Summer Sonic's commitment to balancing established names with emerging talent across genres—from rock and metal stages to dedicated electronic and dance programming.

With 25 stages spread across multiple venues, this year's edition represents one of Asia's most comprehensive music festivals. The diverse lineup reflects Summer Sonic's reputation for mixing mainstream appeal with underground credibility, giving both casual fans and dedicated music enthusiasts reasons to attend across all three days.
