Ukka, the Japanese idol group under Stardust Promotion's Star Planet division, has officially ended its activities. The group performed its final show, "Final Chapter," at Tokyo's Kanadevia Hall on May 24, 2026.

The seven-member lineup will be splitting up following disbandment. Members Riju Muraboshi, Rina Yuki, Ruri Aoi, and Koharu Wakana will continue as Stardust Promotion artists and pursue individual projects within the agency. Meanwhile, Akane, Moa Serizawa, and Tomo Miyazawa have decided to leave the agency and explore new opportunities.

Ukka's journey spans over a decade. The group originally formed in 2015 as Sakura Ebi~z before rebranding as ukka in 2019 following their first concert. The group achieved major milestone in 2022 when they signed with Teichiku Entertainment for their major label debut with the mini-album "Seishun Shōsetsu." Throughout their career, they gained recognition for their musical quality and loyal fanbase within the idol community.

The group welcomed new members in recent years, including Tomo Miyazawa and Koharu Wakana in 2024, which marked the start of a new chapter with a raft of activities. Last year, ukka released their anniversary album "Seishun Shōsetsu ~Yakusoku to Shōgeki~" as the culmination of their 10th anniversary project.

Their final performance saw all seven members celebrate their time together on stage. The group's disbandment marks the end of an era for fans who followed them through their evolution from their early indie days to their major label success. With three members charting independent paths and four remaining within Stardust Promotion, the members' individual careers will now take center stage.
