K-Pop Groups Dominate Billboard World Albums Chart
ATEEZ claimed the No. 1 spot on Billboard's World Albums chart with their new mini album "GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5," which also debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. K-Pop groups filled the top positions, with ZEROBASEONE, LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT and others charting strong debuts and extended runs.
ATEEZ is leading this week's Billboard World Albums chart with "GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5," which hit No. 1 on both the World Albums and Billboard 200 charts. The achievement makes ATEEZ the group with the most top 10 albums on the Billboard 200 this decade.
The K-Pop presence is heavy throughout the top rankings. ZEROBASEONE's latest mini album "Ascend-" debuted at No. 3 following its recent U.S. physical release, while LE SSERAFIM's "PUREFLOW" held No. 4 in its sixth week. ILLIT's "MAMIHLAPINATAPAI" climbed back to No. 5 in its ninth week, and aespa's "LEMONADE" landed at No. 8 in its fifth week.
Longer chart runs also dominated the list. CORTIS's EP "GREENGREEN" stayed at No. 2 in its ninth week on the World Albums chart, while their debut EP "COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES" ranked No. 14 in its 43rd week. BTS's 2022 anthology "Proof" charted at No. 6 in its 212th week, and their 2020 Japanese album "Map of the Soul: 7 ~The Journey~" spent its 35th week on the chart at No. 19.
Stray Kids' 2025 album "KARMA" rose to No. 7 in its 45th week, with their mixtape "DO IT" at No. 10 in its 32nd week. BOYNEXTDOOR's first full-length album "HOME" took No. 13 in its third week, while NewJeans' 2023 EP "Get Up" remained at No. 18 in its 147th week. TXT's "7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns" appeared at No. 22 in its 12th week, and ENHYPEN's "THE SIN : VANISH" landed at No. 23 in its 24th week.
