NCT 127 Returns in August With New Album and 'Neo City' Tour
NCT 127 is making their comeback on August 24 with their seventh studio album, marking their first new music in two years. The group has announced tour dates starting in Seoul this September, with stops across Asia to follow.
NCT 127 officially confirmed their return. SM Entertainment announced on July 7 that the group will release their seventh studio album on August 24, bringing them back to music for the first time since their sixth album "Walk" in July 2024.
The comeback will feature five members: Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Jaehyun, and Haechan. Taeyong and Jaehyun have completed their mandatory military service and are returning to the lineup, while Doyoung and Jungwoo remain on active duty.
Along with the album announcement, NCT 127 unveiled their fifth world tour, "NEO CITY – THE REDLINE." The tour kicks off in Seoul at the KSPO Dome from September 18 to 20, followed by stops in Jakarta, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, and Taipei. SM Entertainment hinted that additional tour dates will be announced, so fans should expect the itinerary to expand.
With Taeyong and Jaehyun back in the group after their military service, this marks a significant moment for NCT 127 as they prepare to reconnect with fans after their nearly two-year hiatus from new releases.
