Japanese rock band Dolly is waking up from a long sleep with their upcoming single Un, Deux, Trois, arriving July 22. It's the band's first new material since 2022, marking a major moment for fans who watched them wrap up their 20th-anniversary activities last year.

The single comes in two editions. The limited version pairs the title track with a newly re-recorded take on Kuroneko Catherine and digital access to the Un, Deux, Trois music video. The standard edition includes Un, Deux, Trois, a fresh recording of SCRAP BULLET [7DAYS], and an instrumental version of the title track.

Formed in 2005, Dolly has had a winding history. The band suspended activities in 2012 but reunited briefly in 2022 before going dormant again. Last year, they returned for a 20th-anniversary live project called Nemureru Keisou no Memento Mori, which wrapped with a final performance at Tokyo Kinema Club. The band's current lineup includes vocalist Mitsu, guitarists Masa and Yuina, bassist Hachi, and drummer Tsuguki.

To celebrate their revival, Dolly has also launched an official fan club called "Bonnie" and announced a solo performance on October 26 at Spotify O-WEST in Tokyo. The single releases through TIMEZONE Records and marder suitcase.

For longtime fans, this return feels significant after years of uncertainty. Dolly's story has always been unconventional—multiple hiatuses punctuated by brief reunions—but each comeback has drawn devoted crowds. With Un, Deux, Trois, the band appears ready to write the next chapter in what they've described as an ongoing fairytale.
