Little Glee Monster is back on THE FIRST TAKE after a three-year absence. The six-member vocal group will premiere their new performance on the popular YouTube channel today (June 12) at 10 PM, taking on 'Jupiter'—a cover they've cherished and performed since 2017.

For this appearance, the group arranged 'Jupiter' with expanded instrumentation, adding piano, strings, and percussion to their signature sound. The performance was captured in THE FIRST TAKE's signature one-take style, which the members noted carries a unique tension unlike any other recording experience.

In a comment about the appearance, Little Glee Monster reflected on how much has changed since their last visit. "What you see now compared to three years ago is pretty different," they shared, hinting that fans comparing the old and new performances might be surprised by their growth. The group emphasized the care they put into this version, saying they performed "with all our hearts."

Little Glee Monster formed with the mission to "leave an impression on people's hearts with refined vocals." The current lineup includes members Karen, MAYU, Mika, Asahi, Yuki, and Miyou. They've built a strong presence in Japanese entertainment, with their songs featured in major commercials and TV programs—including multiple appearances on NHK's Kohaku Uta Gassen. Recent highlights include an original album titled "BREATH" announced just last week, and a 15-city hall tour.

The group has consistently evolved since their 2014 major debut with "放課後ハイファイブ" (After School High Five). From their first Budokan concert in 2017 to welcoming three new members in late 2022, Little Glee Monster continues to expand their artistic reach while maintaining the vocal excellence they're known for.

Fans can catch the full performance on THE FIRST TAKE's YouTube channel.
