MAYU from Little Glee Monster has announced a temporary hiatus from group activities due to health concerns. According to the group's official statement, MAYU fell ill during a release event on June 10 and sought medical attention. While her condition has stabilized, doctors have advised her to take time away from work to focus on recovery.

The group confirmed that MAYU's return date will be announced once her health improves and doctors give clearance. In the meantime, Little Glee Monster will continue performing as a five-member lineup with the remaining members: Karen, Mika, Asahi, Yuumi, and Miyou.

Little Glee Monster, formed to leave "sharp impressions on people's hearts through refined vocals," has built a strong presence in Japan's music scene since their 2014 major debut. The group has performed at major venues including the Nippon Budokan and maintained consistent visibility through TV appearances, commercial placements, and collaborations.
