Mall Boyz marked a milestone with the release of their debut album 'Mall Tape 3' on June 10. The 19-track project reunites Tohji and gummyboy, whose collaborative journey began with DIY spirit and a nostalgic concept.

The project draws inspiration from shopping malls as a shared cultural touchstone for those without access to traditional hoods. After releasing their first EP 'Mall Tape' in 2018, both artists pursued solo careers before regrouping for 'Mall Tape 2' in 2023. 'Mall Tape 3' comes as Tohji enters his final year as an active artist.

The album boasts an impressive roster of guest features and production credits. Vocalists including Elle Teresa, TRIGA FINGA, kZm, ZENDAMAN, BIM, ralph, JUMADIBA, NENE, Ryugo Ishida, Fuji Taito, and RY0N4 contribute across the tracklist. Behind the boards, producers Chaki Zulu, masagotta4l, Will Be Saiga, Automatic, Double Clapperz, and gentoku shape the sound.

Key tracks include opener "MとBを," which features both Tohji and gummyboy, and "GYAL IS EVERYTHING," a collaborative highlight bringing together TRIGA FINGA, kZm, Elle Teresa, and ZENDAMAN alongside the core duo. "mutant ninja turtles" reunites Tohji, gummyboy, ralph, and JUMADIBA—a combination that previously generated buzz when released as a single.

Tohji has built a reputation as a genre-blending artist whose blend of hard and mellow production resonates globally. The artist has earned features in major outlets like The FADER and fashion magazine 032c, establishing influence beyond traditional music industry boundaries.
