M!LK to Perform at Music Awards Japan 2026
M!LK has been added to the lineup for Music Awards Japan 2026's Grand Ceremony on June 13, joining artists like Fujii Kaze,米津玄師, and others. The ceremony airs live on NHK and YouTube.

M!LK will take the stage at Music Awards Japan 2026's Grand Ceremony tomorrow, June 13, marking another high-profile appearance for the five-member group.
The Grand Ceremony will feature award presentations across MAJ's six main categories alongside performances from a stellar lineup. Beyond M!LK, the event welcomes FRUITS ZIPPER, Fujii Kaze, HANA, MISAMO, Sam Smith, Sakanaction, Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra (with special guests LiSA, TAKUMA from 10-FEET, and Aina the End), Hitsujibungaku, and 米津玄師.
Viewers can catch the event live on NHK General TV and YouTube beginning at 7:30 PM. NHK will also broadcast a red carpet segment starting at 6:00 PM on NHK BS and NHK BS Premium 4K, with the ceremony split into two parts concluding at 10:50 PM.
M!LK's appearance comes on the heels of their continued momentum. The five-member dance-vocal group—formed in 2014—has enjoyed remarkable success this year. Their major second album "M!X," released in March 2025, spawned the hit "Ii Jan," which surpassed 2.7 billion total social media plays and earned the group their first appearance at NHK's year-end Kohaku Uta Gassen. Later, they released "Suki Sugite Metsu!" in October, which has racked up 3 billion social media plays and over 100 million streaming plays.
Their February release of the double A-side single "Bakuretsu Aishiteru / Suki Sugite Metsu!" continued building on their established presence. With their anniversary tour and string of chart successes, M!LK has solidified themselves as a rising force in Japan's music scene.
The Music Awards Japan 2026 ceremony promises to be a major event celebrating Japan's contemporary music landscape, and M!LK's addition to the performance roster underscores their growing prominence.
