The Roppongi Idol Festival (RIF) is getting a major venue upgrade for its 10th anniversary. TV Asahi's summer idol event, which has called Roppongi Hills home since its debut, is moving to Tokyo Dream Park in Ariake starting this July.

The two-day festival runs July 25-26 at the newly opened Tokyo Dream Park complex. Performances will span four stages: Dream Stage and Prime Stage in SGC Hall Ariake, Future Stage at Dream Terrace, and Gold Stage in TFT Hall. Dream Stage serves as the main venue, with meet-and-greets taking place at TFT Hall.

Over 90 groups are scheduled to perform, ranging from established names to rising acts poised for their breakthrough. The lineup includes both day-specific performers and acts appearing both days. Day one features fishbowl, Kyururin Yatteminai, Tsubaki Factory, CYNHN, CiON, and Haru Nishion. Day two brings Shiritsu Ebisu Chuugaku, Iginari Touhoku-san, and More Star. Groups performing the full weekend include Super☆Girls, Takanemino Nadeshiko, Namidairo no Keshigomu, Niji no Conquistador, Waasuta, Jams Collection, and Rough×Rough.

The festival originated from TV Asahi's idol-hunting show "Idol Takarakuji," establishing itself as a summer staple for discovering emerging talent. The move to Ariake reflects growing attendance and the event's expanding role in Japan's idol ecosystem.

Ticket sales begin with a third-wave advance reservation on June 17 at noon through Tereasa Ticket. General sales start July 11 at 10 a.m. Both days run from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with performances beginning at 11 a.m. Additional performers will be announced before the event.
